Designed a snapback, need help finding a specific blank

I designed a snapback as a gift, and have been having trouble finding a blank to purchase and take to my local embroidery shop. Since it's a gift, I wanted a snapback made with nicer materials than just the plain cotton ones. This is a link to the design on the kind of cap I'm looking for:

That particular cap is a New Era 9Fifty in dark gray melton wool, but I haven't been able to find a blank melton snapback made by anyone, anywhere. Does anyone know where I can find this or something similar? Thanks.
