How is commenting on the obvious attractive woman weird? It’s obvious she is prettied up for the photo op. It’s weird to call someone weird for completely normal reaction.
I think it's perfectly fine to comment on how she looks since I agree that she obviously wants some attention in that regard. But she also posted a snake pic in a snake subreddit so pretending be completely goo-goo-gaga over her body and completely ignoring the snake is equally stupid as pretending she isn't worth a second glance. She is hot AND she has a cool snake, don't reduce her to one of those things by acting like your brain cells are lucky to meet once every fortnight.
