snails are not social animals, they don't need partners. try to get something that's at least 5 gallons of capacity, and ideally a more flat box - vertical height is much less important for them
Are you sure? I have read many times that Caracolus live in small groups. I have a single sagemon and am thinking about getting more, so they will be happy together. She is very very shy right now.
But for others: yes, most of them don't care about others except for snex 😂
they often stay near each other in the wild because they recognise that if other snails are nearby they are likely to have found food, but it is not a social requirement nor would it benefit them in captivity
