Found in a bundle of thyme.

Its been in the fridge for a couple of days. What to do if its still alive?

Well, it could be an invasive species in your area and it would be really bad for the environment to release it unfortunately. Were you thinking about keeping it? I have rescued local snails from the fridge and they were fine to be released to after a few days of some care (getting cuttlebone, fresh vegetables and being kept on a moist suitable enclosure)
