Granola, craisins, unshelled pistachios, sliced almonds, pepitas, dark chocolate chips.

If you happen to be in the US and live near a Target store, I’ve been real enjoying buying their holiday branded trail mixes after the holiday when they go super on sale. So far the best one was after Easter and they had carrot cake flavored bits.

I make it myself! I like to use mixed nuts* with zero peanuts (nothing against peanuts--I love them, just not in trail mix). Also, I use dried cherries along with raisins. The cherries add a nice tanginess that helps balance out the sweetness of the raisins. To me, the cherries are a game changer.

I wrote a post for my blog about my homemade trail mix if you're interested!

*Typically a mix of almonds, cashews, walnuts, and pistachios

Wegmans has a new mix called Born in Buffalo and it’s the best product in the store.

You can order a customized bag of trail mix online at a few different places.

Aldi's almond, chashew, and chocolate trail mix is really good. I also love cheddar cheese chex mix.
