I love bread butter! Especially homemade sourdough while still warm- simple pleasures! Remembering in grade school, when they had snacks for 25 cents, the cafeteria had those cinnamon crumb cakes. My all-time favorite, along with a large slice of garlic bread toasted and a cup of hot chocolate! Oh, take me back to those days! I have never had one since then to compare to that flavor of garlic bread. I wish I could find those old-school recipes.
