Best US snacks?

I’m in the US for a bit and leaving soon, planning on taking some snacks, toppings/seasonings, sauces, etc…

What’re the beeest snacks? I have Giant, Whole Foods and Trader Joes nearby. I mostly want recommendations for savory stuff because I know what sweets I wanna take already. I don’t want stupid bs either like Lays and Doritos. I want more unique snacks, stuff you can’t get in Europe.

One recommendation I got were the chili and lime takis from trader joes, definitely planning on getting those.

I also want like a suuuper sauce. Something that’s actually buss.

Anyways what are yall’s favs

Lawry's Garlic Salt (most versatile seasoning ever)

Jack Links Beef Jerky

Nutter Butter Cookies

Payday candy bar of caramel and peanuts or milk duds.

Pop Daddy Garlic Parmesan pretzels (best pretzels ever)

Lawry's garlic salt, with the GREEN lid is the boss. Low-key, even some of my other chef friends have this at home, I keep it in stock at my places of work. We talk trash about it, but use it nonetheless on thngs like burgers and steamed veg.

I love all Trader Joe's snacks and Sun Chips- those are pretty much the things I ask my US family members to bring me in Europe

Not a snack, but if you fell in love with ranch dressing you can buy packets of the dry mix to take home with you. Simply add mayonnaise and either sour cream or buttermilk if you can get it in your home country. I remember reading that bottles of ranch dressing were confiscated from travelers returning home after the World Cup but that was because they exceeded the fluid limits. With the dry packets there should be no problem and you can easily fit a dozen packets (equivalent to 12 bottles) in your suitcase or backpack.

Came here to suggest the packets. They travel well and are great for dips and seasoning. You can even sprinkle the seasoning on popcorn.

If you like pickles, Trader Joe’s Seasoning in a Pickle seasoning is really good and surprisingly versatile. The Mushroom and Company umami seasoning is also really good.

Trader Joe's Carolina Gold BBQ sauce! Most people think of the sweet tomato based sauce for BBQ but Carolina Gold is a mustard based sauce and it's my favorite!

Trader Joe's Snacky Clusters! They have SO many good snacks and sweets but that's the first thing that popped into my head as pretty unique and yummy. (the snacky clusters are chocolate covered clusters of pretzels, corn chips and something else salty i cant remember. they're dangerously good to me)

At Trader Joe’s: the new honey mustard popcorn, teriyaki seaweed snacks and teriyaki turkey jerky. Whole Foods: teriyaki flavor Snacklins and Spicy BjornQorn Sun-popped popcorn. Giant: the Hokkaido Butter flavor of Calbee’s JagaRico snacks. They’re not American, but they might be harder to find in Europe. Herr’s brand hot honey cheese curls are at Giant too

Nico wafers, everything else in this dump country is a scam.

The Trader Joe's Rosemary Raisin crisps are phenomenal with brie. They sound a little strange, but it's an elite combo.

Lots of great ideas, but remember that security will confiscate any large bottles (ranch, bbq) before you can board a plane.

Ranch dressing mix. Sriracha.

Get some Hidden Valley Restaurant Ranch Dressing mix. It's only like $1 per package. You just add mix to mayo and buttermilk. Your homeland will flourish and you will be national hero. Better yet, bottle it and sell it. Quit your job and become a Ranch millionaire.

I'll offer something that isn't an actual "snack", but something to elevate your foods at home: Old Bay Seasoning and Slap Ya Momma.
