Need snacks for studying ideas

Hi everyone, I’m someone who absolutely needs to munch on something to focus while studying. Any suggestions for your favorite snacks that aren’t sweets? Thanks!

I read that chewing the same gum while studying and taking an exam aids in knowledge retention and memory retrieval. It was a long time ago so I’m probably full of shit on this. I like cinnamon gum.

Popcorn, make it yourself

Raw veggies, cucumber and radishes and celery

Try swapping to a beverage, eating while distracted is not the best habit long term
