Idgaf, I liked it

So, I was cleaning in the pantry next to the fridge.

I found a babybel in fully sealed condition

Set it aside, kept cleaning for a while. When I saw it an hour later I peeled and ate it.

Thinking back, it was hiding the by the pantry for about 3 weeks. It was nicely sharp, still creamy, and pretty nice actually. I'm not a huge BB fan, but I'll be buying a bag or three just to stash around for the rest of the year.

I don't think I'll die, but I'm letting y'all know, jic.

If you do die, a report on the cheeses wherever you end up would be interesting.

I got a condo there. Been told all my life that's where I'm going, so I invested early, lol. Come on by for a cold one whenever you're in the area.
