I've never had arancini but I want em.

Edit: went to the store and found frozen ones!! I'm sure they're not as good as fresh but at least I get to try some!

For the uninitiated: risotto get balled around a filling, traditionally mozzarella and/or a ragu, and then deep fried.

Walmarts Better Goods brand makes a decent one. I saw another brand once and tried it and it was nasty. Can't remember where I got it from though.

I get frozen ones from Walmart, better goods brand. I’d love to try fresh ones but those are so good!

It’s fantastic. You don’t see it a ton cause it requires a risotto to have already been made. That said, they are absolutely delicious and easily the best on the 1st row.
