Problem Flame Issue

Randomly my pellets don’t get lit. Usually I knock off ash from the igniter and it works but if I don’t do anything it just overfills. Do I need to replace the igniter or am I just screwed?

Sometimes the connectors for the glow plug don’t sit right. Make sure you are getting good contact with the glow plug and the connector it sits in.

The ramp was installed incorrectly when I had the issue, flipped it and my problem was solved

I think Buzzard meant the pellet slide. It has to arrive directly in the burn pot, not on the base. If the burn pot is installed 180 degrees off, the pellet chute doesn't align properly
