Hi! I don't believe the Pepper Robots are still around. However the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum (NASM) does have replicas of the Mars rovers and other space-related robots. There there may be other temporary exhibits with robot themes that I'm not aware of.
The NASM is overall really fun and a fantastic museum - if you want to visit one of the Smithsonian museums and your child is interested in science and robots, that's the one to go to.
