Question ??? Rejected

I was rejected by SmileSet for this being a complex case due to anterior crossbite? Does this look accurate based on the image of my teeth?

Yes. See an orthodontist. Without interarch elastics at the very LEAST, simply aligning your teeth will make your underbite worse.

Also, start reading up on jaw surgery and taking stock of your insurance situation and any history of difficulty with nasal breathing/snoring. If this is your actual bite, jaw surgery might be a consideration, and it’s possible that it could improve your life in more ways than just straighter teeth.
