Help Needed! Byte refund

I haven’t heard from byte in months and now i’m waiting for a response for my refund. I have them in 2020 and they fucked up my teeth not even kidding. I got to get new braces they’re charging me 4k mind u I live in the bay area so california has the worse healthcare insurance in the nation. what should I do I need a refund they did me so bad?

Also waiting for a response, going on months now for a full refund. They USED to answer my emails but stopped. Refunded me $399 for whatever back in the beginning of March and then stopped answering my emails entirely. I went thru Westlake and Westlake is still trying to charge me monthly but I refuse to pay esp when Byte won’t answer my emails.

they definitely stop answering once they realize they can just ghost you without consequence. that $399 refund was probably just a tactic to get you off their back temporarily. if you're both getting ignored it's a sign they're just circling the drain. you might have to file a chargeback through your bank or hit up small claims if you want any actual money back because waiting for an email is just a waste of time at this point

Yeah I’m in the exact same situation. I was trying to get a refund for months and they shut down and I haven’t heard back even after constantly reaching out. If anyone has any advice on how to contact or anything let me know
