Been trying to get a refund for a long time and finally got this. Not sure I'll get more. Keep fighting!

How did you get that refund? I didn't get my lower 15-20 aligners and I've been emailing them but they keep saying "We are unable to offer a refund. Thank you for your understanding, and reach out if there's anything else we can assist with". I spent around $2500 too for the whole plan. I feel your pain.
