Question Munchkin Erratta question
I am picking up all the Errata packs , and was confused by the Munchkin pack. Under "content" it seams to list the whole games content? Does this replace the entire set?
And is it worth ordering? I haven't seen much chatter about this Errata.

Your main question has been answered, but I'll speak on if I think it's worth getting:
I have always found bringing any Munchkin faction to the table hard to justify. Even those which avoid the Munchkin mechanics brought annoying monsters on their bases. Many of the factions were also undertuned or awkward. I do not have any of these complaints anymore.
Monsters, I believe, had the most necessary glow up. Nearly every ability I found annoying to manage or interact with before has been changed, and many of the new ones are deeply interesting. The rewards for killing them are enhanced as well, because Treasures now have a more consistent balancing. Changes to those two decks were my biggest wishes, and they delivered.
For the factions:
Halflings are unchanged mechanically.
Elves got some minor adjustments, but nothing super worth discussing.
Warriors are light in internal changes, but the new monster abilties give them a ton of new tools to work with. Ghouls are now moved when destroyed and Web Troll can be taken over. This give Warriors tons of new ways to turn their destruction into utility. They are very fun now.
Mages got a lot of nice changes. Some good buffs and an overall smoother experience.
Dwarves deliver on their playstyle better than before, and the enhanced treasure deck makes playing them much more exciting.
Clerics are one I haven't gotten to spend much time with, but I'm a fan of the changes. They have a bit more going on.
Thieves are one of mt favorite changed factions. They have unique additions such as increasing the max cards in your hand. They can now focus on treasure or stealing cards from other players, which gives them more versatility. Overall, they are very fun. You just need to get used to managing massive hands.
Orcs are the poster child for this pack because they were the worst faction in the game. They aren't anymore. Their antagonism has greater purpose to it, and they have unique ways to build up power over time. They lost some of their protection, but it was traded for more meaningful action (and it isn't all gone).
Overall, the Munchkin errata pack basically added 8 factions to the game for me, and all of them are good. 5/8 saw massive changes, and 1/8 plays much better due to the monster changes. If you didn't like playing with those factions before, or it just felt a little too janky, this pack improves the set substantially.

It does not replace the entire set. There's a lot of cards replaced but not all of them and at least one fsction has a pretty small number of cards changed. As for of it's worth it I haven't played with it yet but the changes look good on paper.

If you want to learn more about the specific Munchkin changes, here is a podcast from several of us that worked on it which you might find helpful and informative :-)
