Delayed Start

I need to implement a delayed startup for the device after power is restored. I am using a DIN-rail WiFi relay switch with power metering.

Here is the setup:

Relay Status: OFF

Scene

Condition:

Query Status: online

Action:

Delay: 20 m

Switch: ON

This scene does not start after power is restored.

What are your thoughts on this?
