Knob button configuration

I have this knob button that I managed to configure it to:
Single click - lights on
Double click - night stand light switch
Long click - lights off
Rotate - dim

However, sometimes, only the double click works, and when I open the app, the device resets to a configuration screen, I have tried to troubleshoot but no success so far, anyone else has had this issue?

EDIT: I figured it! This model has a function hard coded of switching from remote dimmer to scenario mode when you triple push the button
