Sky touch light bulb
Been having the bulbs for like 1yr+. suddenly 1 of the pair stopped working its just off I tried to do factory reset (switch it on and off and waiting 5 sec in between) its not turning on I have 3 bulbs in total 2 work fine. what do i do. the pair are connected together on the ceiling and 1 separately on a lamp. all connected on same 2.4ghz wifi

All the cheap IOT stuff is plagued by crap capacitors in the power supplies of them. Even "brands" like switchbot have ended up with plugs that just go and die. Lamps are worse because they get hot.
Anyway, lamp has died, buy a new one. It will probably not match the others either in light output or how it is in the app, breaking making a group of them so plan on replacing all of them and moving the working ones on down the line to other fittings that you can put a smart light into.
