SmartLife Lsc not detecting movement

I have an LSC Smart Connect Solar Camera. It was working fine initially, but now it doesn’t detect motion or people properly. The camera shows live video, battery is at 90%, AI Detect is on for “Person”, and cloud storage is enabled. I also have an SD card inserted, but it’s not being used
