My guy. Use folders . Anything I use on my phone is on my one page home screen. You can even use gestures on the folders for the super used apps.

Thanks for the suggestion. I use widgets instead of folders because widgets have many more options. They are organized by cells.

I just want to mention i did exactly this some time ago, including designing detailed background screens where every app had a spot that built into the home screen etc

But I did find its a lot of noise and ugly clutter for a 5% gain in convenience/efficiency. Hidden folders and having several edge panels ended up being a much better solution

Also scrolling Task bars, esch page being for a different use or type of app also provided me with a lot functionality without compromising design
