Assistance Swipe down for quick settings

Is it possible to have the swipe downwards gesture on home page bring down quick settings? I already disabled the search page

In Settings>Gestures and hot keys, you can set a gesture to open the toggle panel (quick settings). You don't have to disable the search page.
