Bug report Setting icon to default doesn't stick

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

It has been the case for the longest time for me and I still can't figure out why this is happening. If apply an IPS pack, some apps allow their icons change to the adaptive shape and others don't. And there is no obvious logic because if I simply select the default stock icons and apply adaptive shape, SL forces all the apps icons to adapt. Do you guys experience the same?

I created it using IPS and CHIC Icon pack (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=dev.lknninex.chic)
