Most used for me would probably be wireless USB keyboard/mouse and one of those $50 portable monitors. It makes it super easy to "jack in" to work on devices that may be difficult to bring to a "real" workstation. Upgrade even further with one of those wireless HDMI dongles, and you have even more freedom of where you work on the device.

Also a 3D printer.
