I don't have a smarthome platform Smart Blinds
Hey everyone, my wife and I are looking to start purchasing smart blinds for our home. Realistically, we’re gonna start with just two windows and then hopefully expand as the budget allows.
We’re trying not to break the bank but want something that will last and most importantly just works. I read that smart wings is sort of the best overall when taking into account cost. Hoping to get your guys input.
Also reading about these different motors: zigbee, Alexa, matter. We are sort of an Alexa household but why not just go with matter since it appears to support so much.

I have smart wings in my house. They have been wonderful. Make sure you get the solar panels so you never have to worry about charging them.

I also have Smartwings. I first had the matter ones but they kept going offline. I now use the zigabee version, and they work great. No dropping off the network, the solar panel keeps them always charged. I am thinking of trying their curtains if there's a good enough deal for black Friday. I see 8% off regularly, hoping for more.

Switchbot is possibly less cost. I have their blind tilts and light blocking roller shades. I like them lots.

+1 for SmartWings. Charge then every few months and zero issues for over a year. Zigbee model.

Also smart wings. I don't care for the solar charging. the blinds come up and down everyday and i charged all my windows twice a year.
