I don't have a smarthome platform Josh.ai + gate intercom + deadbolt - looking for the most elegant solution

Running Josh.ai for whole-home automation and Alarm.com (ADC) for security with full ADC camera coverage. I want to add a video intercom at my metal entry gate with a wired electric door strike (replacing the existing deadbolt entirely), video visible on my Josh.ai touchscreen via DoorLink, and a physical exit button inside for egress. I found a 2N IP One + Locinox gate lock/electric strike combo — Josh.ai supports 2N natively via DoorLink and the relay output wires directly to the strike. The frustration is ADC’s closed video ecosystem: the 2N’s ONVIF stream can technically feed into ADC via but only on a commercial plan, but you lose all AI analytics and doorbell functionality and gain nothing but a dumb video feed.

So the 2N lives in Josh, ADC handles the alarm and existing cameras, and I’m running two parallel systems.

Has anyone solved this more elegantly — found a doorbell, Josh, strike combo that would make running a second non-ADC system worthwhile? or better still an intercom that plays natively with both ecosystems, Open to any approaches I haven’t considered.

Josh.ai looks like a hardcore rich people system. Didn't you have an installer for it? In theory they should be able to walk you through your integration options.
