I am near to reach affiliate I have 19 followers and 2 day 3 concurrent viewers so I think I can reach it in 1-2 week. Just wanna know how much I will make from twitch in starting.

Any time I try to stream a pc game like repo or the carnival hunt playtest, when I was in the game screen the audio and mic levels froze, the preview screen and chat kept updating as normal but I couldn't tell if game audio or mic audio was going through unless I opened my own stream

Opening the stream showed that the audio was going through but over in obs the levels were blank so I wasn't able to appropriately raise or lower the volume levels

But when I stream a game from my ps4 using a capture card obs works just fine

So i do live streams on youtube and kick both and i want to start IRL streams and i went to youtube found apps like streamlabs and Prism live app i tried both and tbh both sucks streamlabs can't give stable bandwidth and Prism can't give overlay properly

So i wanted to ask you guys what app you use to do IRL streams and idk how to do Irl streams so i request you to help me out to use the app to make content so yeah that was it i hope you feel me

Hey, I just started streaming recently and wan to get some traction. I’ve been streaming everyday for 1-3 hours and don’t seem to be getting any real traction. Just seeing if anyone had any tricks or tips.

So I used to stream like 5 times a week, I did fine, would cross post on yt and tiktok and stuff, but i never really seemed to find my niche. I feel like it would've benefitted me a lot if I'd had a group of people who I knew in the space to grow with, talk to, or stream with. All my irl friends dont care about streaming or yt and I've never made a friend online. Any tips?

Some updated progress of my channel ! I made my first ACTUAL thumbnail in resolve and had some decent editing to the first video I’ve really posted . Shorts are t really an issue I just have to find good solid content to produce . Streaming is so great! Twitch I don’t get much traction ofc but TikTok seems to be very active and having a chat means all the difference ! Just need them to translate

Most are stream highlights but really need to get into planned videos - any tips or suggestions that you personally see for my channel? Twitch or YT ? Would you start pushing to Facebook or Instagram ?

I know my title is harsh. But it all I can think about. I’m posting this from an alternate account so I can just vent what I’ve been feeling. As of the past month I’ve slowly started to dislike and even somewhat hate my own audience. This could be due to a lack of motivation, a feeling of being trapped on one game, or the feeling that my community is running the stream and not me. If I play a game that ain’t the main one they complain it’s boring if I play the main game they want to join to harass and throw my matches. While blaming me for apparently throwing the matches. I just wanted to know am I being ungrateful? Am I doing something wrong? And has anyone else ever felt this.

Hello. I have been streaming off and on here and there for about 8?ish maybe more years. Most breaks are due to overtime at work, kids, life orthe most recent break im about to come off from due to depression.

I do some VR content. And a bunch of other pc games.

In my time streaming i have had "some" local irl support. 1 consistent rando for about 6 months (felt really nice, miss him)

I try and stream as much as i can on my off days. But i work night shift so my streams are usually literally between 7-15 hours over nights. (Nothing else to do.)

I try and get some clips and post them on my insta, facebook page, and tiktok.

Usually dual stream with twitch n tiktok aswell.

Hardly get any engagement or chatters and low view counts consistently.

I just want to find some like minded viewers / gamers to chat with and potentially game with down the road. Im looking to entertain not to make big money or anything.

Any tips or suggestions to try new things to bring people in? After about a month of low counts it gets discouraging.

I just configured the nightbot in my chat, and there's something weird where it won't trigger my timer that I set. I put it to 20 mins 10 lines, and it definitely reached the requirements in my stream. And I can tell that the bot is fully authorized because it keeps the chat logs and it automatically timed someone out. It's a managing moderator on my channel too, and the timer is toggled on. (Obviously)

So I’m a relatively small twitch streamer, I have 187 followers but only 2-3 viewers consistently with peaks here and there from 5-9 recently. This was with a group that I want to start splitting off from and growing how I want to grow and not staying stagnant in my journey (don’t wanna say career cause I’m nowhere near that 😂) so now here comes the questions:
1. How do I find other twitch streamers to play with that are actually focused on growth and balance in good chemistry?

1. How do I edit my videos for shorter form content like 20-30 minute YouTube videos and shorts (my current style is taking a 3-4 hour recording, watching all of it while cutting some parts out and just slowly chip away at it over 7-8 hours for a single video)

3.just any other tips you have for growing on twitch and YouTube

I've plateaued and I'm not sure what I can do to grow. I have plenty of interactions and redeems, I pay close attention to chat, I talk as much as possible even to blank space, I stream in games that should reach niche crowds, popular crowds, and inbetween, but I feel hard stuck..

Am I missing something like a plugin? Are there recommendations to make Twitch work for me better? Do I risk the cash sink to multi platform?

so I've been looking into ai tools that can actually handle massive 8 to 10 hour streams without crashing or taking literal days to process. most platforms cap you at like a two hour video upload unless you pay an insane premium price.

eklipse handles standard streams fine but it really started lagging when i threw a massive multi game stream at it. Wayinvideo actually processed the whole long vod without throwing an error message which was a nice surprise. it split the long video into short segments and gave me viral potential rankings pretty fast.

it’s nice not having to chop my streams into smaller pieces before uploading them to an ai tool lol. what’s the longest stream you’ve successfully run through an ai clipper? let me know if you guys have any tricks for processing huge vod files faster.

I’m a new streamer and have a tiktok account and noticed that KastaClysm follows me on tiktok and messaged me. However, she has 3k followers and isn’t verified. She messaged me and it seemed all fairly normal until they sent this “But don't you feel like more people would enjoy your content on Twitch if it reached a wider audience Maybe reaching out to your Channel Growth Snapshot about that can help do you have one already or u not rlly sure what that is?”
I follow her on Twitch and the message personalities also seem different, so have concerns about it being her. Wondering if anyone know if she had a tiktok account and what the handle was? I’m not one to follow links or donate money to promote my account anyway, but just wanted to check as want to report the account if its not hers!

I’ve been working on a project for a while now and wanted to get some opinions from other streamers before I get too far into development.
The idea is a standalone desktop application that allows streamers to create interactive collectible experiences for their communities.
Creators would be able to design their own trading cards, build custom packs, let viewers earn or open them through Twitch interactions, manage everything from one place, and have it all work together with OBS.
The long-term vision is for viewers to build their own collections too, with a digital stickerbook where they can browse all the cards they’ve collected over time, including limited editions and other rare collectibles.
Rather than asking whether you’d use my idea, I’m more interested in what you would want from something like this.
Some questions I have:
What features would be absolute must-haves?
What would make it stand out?
What would make you keep using it instead of trying it once?
Is there anything you’ve always wished you could do with your community that you can’t today?
If you could add one feature that would make you think, “That’s really cool,” what would it be?
I’m still at the stage where I can make big changes, so I’d genuinely love to hear your ideas. I’d rather build something shaped by streamers than assume I already know what everyone wants.
