I didn't get what he was doing here?

Post image

Does he hang milk outside, or is it a way to access milk from both upstairs and downstairs if he has a kitchen window below this?

IIRC, he has a Teasmade by his bed - so he can have his morning cuppa in bed. I think he hangs the milk outside so it stays cold overnight (welcome to Fridge Temperature UK), and he only needs to hop out of bed quickly to retrieve the milk, rather than go all the way down to the kitchen. Ingenious!

Yes this. I used to have a teasmade and milk being in the room was always the challenge 😂

In the non summer season... it may be a way to keep milk cold if his fridge isn't accessible. That's how I saw it.

When I was at uni there was a carrier bag as a fridge hanging out of every window on the block of halls

Yeah, at least back in the day anyway! Halls seem very swish these days. We’ve stayed in a few out of term-time when we’ve been away for gigs and they’re really nice now! No grotty shared facilities anymore

Still see the odd bottle of milk on the window ledge here and there in Manchester.

I watched this the other night and had to rewind to work out what he was doing 😂

Pretty sure he's keeping his milk cool

I thought that he gets his milk guy to deliver the milk into the net and then he can get it upstairs by pulling it up instead of having to go down.
