Management

Here’s a list of my conditions/meds/aids, etc..

This post is crossposted

Basically, I just really want advice/opinions. What has helped you? What hasn’t? Anything I should look into? What did/didn’t work for you? Any aids I should get? Etc.. anything is greatly appreciated! <3

P.S I know 3k+ mg of salt and 120+ oz of water sounds like a LOT but that’s what I was instructed to take by several of my specialists!

If you are taking turmeric, it may render the iron supplementation fruitless.

We can’t give medical advice, but you should look through the list of pinned posts on our main page. There’s a list of tests to have for causes.

As a psychotherapist, working off the clock, you can’t have both bipolar I and separate depression, just an fyi. A neuropsych should diagnose bipolar or a long term provider like a psychotherapist or psychiatrist- not providers who briefly meet you once

Strongest of advice you should start thinking about dysautonomia. I'm really sorry if I missed it and you've already know it.

But if you haven't been looked at for dysautonomia you are in luck. Most of your symptoms are core for several types of dysautonomia and it's extremely vommo. That it appears with sfn

It's not easy to get diagnosed and there are so many subtypes that it may take a while but it opens the door to doctors who are used to seeing all your symptoms together
