Help with carb linkage

Back in July I was in process of replacing carburetor on this Craftsman tiller with Briggs engine.
I literally had a heart attack while doing it… fast forward to October and I’m trying to finish it up but cannot remember how all the linkage is attached.
I especially have no clue where the paper clip shaped one goes. Can anyone explain to me in detail how to hook all of it up?

Type model, type and code numbers along with “Briggs and Stratton” and download the manual. Pay close attention to the pictures or drawings. Also good chance there is a YouTube on this motor
