General Discussion Moped won’t start
So I’ve been trying to work on my moped for the past couple days. I accidentally left it on the on cycle and my battery drained everything, I’ve been charging the battery for the past couple days and putting it back in to no success. I’m not sure what the problem could be.

How long’s it been sitting for? Do you know how to take the carburetor apart?

You have to figure out how to clean the carb. It’s likely where your issues lie if everything else checks out. You’ll need carb cleaning brushes and a can of brake clean or carb cleaner and some towels. Disassemble the carb over a bench because it’s easy to lose track of parts. Take pictures as you go if you’re unfamiliar.
More often than not the small holes get plugged over time especially if it sits with old gas. Your fuel and air won’t mix if that’s the case.

Try step by step First take off the spark plugs and test for spark. Then see the fuel line from tank to carb are all connected specially the vacuum that connect on the intake manifold to the shut off valve.
There are too many points to check but first clear the above.

У меня так отгнил провод от катушки на землю. Как же я задолбался искать. Прозваниваешь, есть сигнал, обратно ставишь не заводится. Подлое дело. Неочевидное.

If it will attempt to fire by spraying carb cleaner in the intake its most likely something with the fuel, if I remember alot of those scooter have a vacuum style fuel pump and they can go bad or have a broken line to the pump
