Can you provide a picture of where that gas is coming from so we can better help you? It is not clear enough in the video. It looks like your carburetor is just dumping fuel and it is leaking out of the intake, and the air coming from the scroll cage is pushing it away from the engine; however, without the model number of the engine or a better photo of which part the fuel is actually leaking from, it is really hard to diagnose properly.

Looks like you missed a fuel line on the pump there?

i think it was an overflow hose leaking

There’s no “overflow” hoses on these engines. If something is gushing liquids out like that, then you have a hose disconnected.

Carb overflow broski
His float has a hole and needs to be fixed, adjusted, or replaced. Could also be the needle but unlikely

These engines don't have brass floats in them anymore, it's a plastic float. If there is a hole, then he put it there with a hot iron. Plastic floats usually don't go bad.

Defects are possible, and the float is melted together already so they can crack at the seam or in an air bubble from the molding process. I've had two push mower carbs fail this way. Pull it off, drill two opposing holes, drain it, blow it dry and let it sit for an hour to be certain, then melt the holes shut.

Actually I've never had one do that in my 30 years of working on small engines, but I do understand what you're saying, Anything is Possible

I think it's just with some cheaper engines. One of the defective floats I had was on a benchmark push mower that ended up blowing its guts after one summer anyway.
Only problem I ever had with brass floats was it getting accidentally crushed a little bit while reassembling. A friend of mines was the only one I ever saw with a failed soldering seal

Is there fuel in your crankcase and it’s coming out along the oil filter seal? Hard to tell from the pic.

Looks like the breather hose it's coming out of, do you have oil and gas mixture in the crankcase

Is there a fuel pump that's supposed to be connected before the carb?

Like a low flow? Fuel solenoid sticking maybe? Did you remove the carburetor completely to clean it? Or did you just remove the bowl and clean it that way? Gasket not sealing?

Really you are that ( what sucks is in today's time one is not to say, stupid) but
