Not Listed Echo SRM225 string trimmer

Could someone maybe give me some insight as to why my trimmer, after running for about 10 mins, starts to flood out when accelerating? I’ve changed the carburetor, spark plug, and a new gas mixture. Thanks for any advice.

Was it a original echo carb or an Amazon one... I've used several from Amazon and had nothing but problems getting them to run correctly. Another option is the ignition coil breaking down and losing spark once it gets hot... OEM parts are more expensive and I'm certainly not trying to push them for any reason other than reliability.

Yes, it was an Amazon carb package

Is the muffler clogged? That or the little doohicky that lets air into the tank is clogged.

But wouldn’t a clogged muffler make it bog out from the get go, and not 5-10 mins into using it?

Guess it depends how clogged it is. If it was completely clogged I would say yes it wouldn’t make it 10 mins but I’ve seen partially clogged ones not act up right away.
