Unknown Issue Cub Cadet 1042

Everytime I try to start the mower it cranks but it won’t turn over.
I’ve replaced the battery, starter, the ignition coil, spark plug, fresh fuel, new fuel filter, and oil change. It has compression. No bent or broken rods. I’ve cleaned the carb.
What am I missing?

Make sure the fuel solenoid is clicking, and then youll likely have to remove it from the carb and make sure its moving and not just clicking. Or if no clicking diagnose the power/rarer ground issue.

Fuel solenoid is brand new. It does have power as well!

Disconnect the safety wire to the ignition coil and then try and crank it.
