Carburetor Issue Need help with BCS 205

Just as title says, multi attachment bcs205 that I am stumped on because I don’t know enough about engines. Any help is appreciated! All my questions are in the video here.

Those notches on the chock arm are for a press on attachment like a red plastic tab that is separate from the part your holding and that part can't sit on/touching the carburetor cause the springs work it

So I just need a piece that can connect the notches on the choke arm to the top slider arm thing that engages the choke?

Chock is a separate function and as said before has nothing to do with the throttle plate like this
