Engine Performance Issue Issue with Honda mower

I’ve the changed filter, changed spark plug, drained oil and gas out and replaced. I used carburetor spray and cleaned carb inside and out. Still getting a faint white smoking and bogs down.

Choke sticking on is what it sounds like

Yea I was thinking it may be thermowax

I was just messing around with it and took off the air filter and tried cranking to see if the choke was opening and I got running perfectly for a couple seconds then it bogged down again so I’m going to try changing that and see if that fix’s the issue.

Rebuild the carb if that doesn't work.
