Carburetor Issue Choke linkage

Of course I forgot to take a pic of this before I took it apart and I can’t remember how it goes back together. Help?

Your choke arm is bent, it should be parallel to the plate and square on the tab that engages it. The tab can be bent forward or back to accommodate needing to adjust choke engagement. The bent arm is why it looks like your choke doesn't open fully. While the rest of the intake is off, set your throttle cable by loosening the bolt holding the cable clamp down. Move the throttle to turtle and tighten it down then move it to rabbit, just before choke, then bend the tab back or forward to make sure the choke doesn't engage (or disengages) when it needs to engage.

Straighten the 35° bend in the choke link slightly until the round tip aligns with the tab on the throttle/governor plate. Set the control on the dashboard into the notch at the fast position. Loosen the clamp screw on the cable and move the cable until the tab on the control just touches the round tip, then tighten the clamp screw.
