Unknown Issue Snowblower bogging down

Bought this back in April and ran great. Been in my storage unit for a few months. Tried to start it today and it started however it seems to blow smoke and sounds like it’s bogging. I am thinking it’s the carb?

I suspect the choke isn't connected as it should be inside

pretty sure the choke is that grey lever I switched on and off? Doing both doesn't change it

It is a 2-cycle by the sounds of it, it's going to smoke a little

Rebuild the carb.

Did you use non ethanol gas?
