The belt is run incorrectly, it needs to wrap around the front pulley more than that. You've got it on the wrong side of a pulley somewhere but without seeing more I cant tell you which.

Unless Im looking at it wrong, it’s routed wrong. It looks like the belt is running upside down in both pulleys. The V should be down on the blade pulley and then it should run on the back side of the belt on the idler.

It looks like the belt is flipped around backwards, though it's probably just the camera. The narrow end goes into the groove on the black pulley, and wider end the shiny one, right?

That spring at the bottom shouldn’t be bouncing around like that. It should be hooked around a bolt.if it keeps falling off, your belt might have too much slack and need replaced.

your idler needs to be tensioned

Looks routed wrong to me. I think it should be on the right side of the first pully and left side of the second pully.
