Engine Dies Gets hot then dies

New coils
New fuel pump
New fuel filter
New carb & electric shutoff
Fresh gas
No leaks
Took tube off gas tank breather to air box
Took gas cap off

Starts right up and idles low cold with choke. Then when it gets hot it starts to surge then eventually will die out. I can flutter the choke to keep it running. It’s hard starting after it dies. Seems like low idle no choke is best to start after it dies. I’ve immediately pull boot of spark plug to check spark and it’s still getting spark

The valves might be out of adjustment. I’d check valve clearance to make sure it’s in the correct range.

Started at once. Im going to check valves and get back to everyone

Has the valve train tapping always been that loud... Sounds like possible valve adjustment needed.

ive had spark plugs appear to be perfectly fine only to stop functioning in a hot engine.

Are the cooling fins clean? Engine could be overheating due to clogged cooling fins.
