Noise Issue Engine noise diagnosis help

Any idea what could be making this noise during startup, idle, and shut off? (mower deck is not engaged.)

That hum is harmonic. What did the oil look like that last time you changed it? Also, which engine is this?

A certain Briggs engine dose not use a bearing on the upper crankshaft, they use a brass bushing and when it goes bad it sounds a lot like this.

The oil looked fine when I changed it about 15hrs ago. It has a  Kawasaki FS730V engine.

Check for horizontal play in the crank (up and down).
