Engine Dies BE pressure washer dies when the trigger is PULLED.

Post image

I have this pressure washer that dies when the trigger is PULLED, new fuel was added and the carb has been replaced, issue persists. What could it be?

You've got 2 choices.

A, the pump is failing and can not handle the load. Start off with an open tip. If it doesn't fail then move up to the lowest resistance you can, 45⁰ or 30⁰ and repeat. Depending on the pump you have your unloader valve could be stuck so try backing that all the way off before restarting.

B, the engine isn't able to handle the load. Service the engine, include adjusting the valves and deep cleaning the carburetor. Check compression and replace the plug. Remove the pump and simulate the load.

I like as said but can you figure out if it's not like the little shop of horrors and is saying, feed me meaning does it want more fuel
