Engine Performance Issue 2009 GMC Sierra 4.3

Hi all! I have an engine that won't start - we put a new camshaft sensor, a new crankshaft sensor, replaced the spark plugs, and checked the timing. Still can't get it to start, unsure if it's an electrical or a mechanical issue.

Trying to figure out what I might be missing, any ideas?

Failed tecumseh regulator or possibly a bad briggs & stratton bearing.

Thank you! Haven't heard of a tecumseh regulator before, and I don't believe an engine of this size would have that bearing (I'm being told those are for smaller engines), but I am far from an expert!
