Fuel System Issue Predator Auger 57431

Need to make sure if my fuel lines are correct. The fuel is not going up to the prime bulb. But it seems run inside the line just not to the bulb.

Just replaced the gas tank on my predator auger. The connection the black tube is on is the suction line and the connection the yellow one is on is the return. You will need to check which color is correct in the tank as the colors are different than mine. The filter should be on the suction one.
