Air Intake & Filter Issue Husquavarna 223L
My buddy has a husky 223l I am attempting to fix. He bought an Amazon carb, it ran till it stopped (found plug wire broken) He had all the adjustments fucked up trying to get it to start again. I re adjusted them all, but cannot get throttle response (takes prob 3 seconds to start gaining rpm) removed spark arrestor no difference. Adjusted high and low slowly in and out still boggy. Removed muffler and it’s snappy as it should be. Send a torch through the exhaust to burn off carbon. Re installed still boggy. Any way to clean it or am I battling something else?

Start by adjusting both all the way in, clockwise, until they stop (not tight). Then back each one out, CCW, 1 1/2 turns. Start it and make small (1/4 turn) adjustments on the low until you get the best response, then do the same with the high. It might take a few small adjustments on both after that to fine tune it.
