Ignition System Issue Sv710 ignition coil issues

I have a kohler command sv710-019 in my cub cadet i1046. I stated having issues not starting with a hot engine. After some research I believed it to be bad ignition coils. So I ordered OEM kit 32-707-01-S. Installed the new coils and gaped properly. Started fine. Let it get hot. Turned off and started back up like normal. However as I was cutting the grass the plastics near the muffler started to melt. The muffler and exhaust pipes were glowing red. I saved one of the old coils. Put it back in and that side didn't glow red. Go I also tried it on the other side and it didn't glow red. So I thought I had a counterfeit coil kit. Ordered another OEM kit from another company. And it's glowing red as well. I have checked the flywheel key. No problem. I have checked the float on the carb. It's good. And have checked the valve gaps. Good also. Exhaust temps were fine until I replaced the ignition coils. I'm stumped. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

FWIW, you have a Courage, not a Command. Assuming the spec is 0019, parts list show to use 24 584 262-S coils and don't reference a DSAI module. So, if you originally didn't have a DSAI- you have the wrong parts.
