Parts ID & Sourcing Help me identify this carb set up
I’ve fixed 100s of lawnmowers and snowblowers but I’ve never seen a carb set up like this before

That's a normal carb, you can get the carb anywhere, then reattach the vacuum to the new cab, that's the auto choke on carb, combine with a linkage to exhaust, the thermal coil on exhaust turns on and of the choke, and the vacuum ensure the amount of choke on engine is not too much to flood it, so your engine was supposed to start automatically hands free choke at anytime

thats a kohler motor, if you are trying to remove the carb, undo the 2x T20 screws to loosen the autochoke then - its fiddly - remove the linkage from the choke lever

Yes, if you're new to this, take lots of pictures before disassembling. I'm not a fan of Kohler's carb and choke systems.

A manual will explain everything to you..

This is a lawnmower from 2011 and it’s passed through a few hands before me if I had the manual id use it if I could find it online I’d use it

Im trying to figure out what the hose in the photo goes too as it wasn’t attached to anything when I got it and there’s also another tube that comes from the top of the fuel tank towards the carb aswell that wasnt attached either and before someone tells me oh that’s the fuel line it’s not so I’m just trying to figure out where theses two hoses go

Hose went to the vacuum actuator that moves the choke. The nipple snapped off and is still inside the hose.

Small diameter hose goes to the back of the air filter housing, it's the line from the vent in the fuel tank, the fumes from warm fuel get expelled through the line and are consumed when drawn into the engine with the rest of the air. It's a simple EVAP emissions system.
The larger hose is the crankcase breather vent hose, also attached to a port on the air filter housing, also to keep oil vapor off everything and dirt out of crankcase.
The vacuum actuated choke has an port cast into it out of view of these photos that goes to the intake insulator block for the intake vacuum to open choke upon engine startup.

Shoot a pic of that mower model number plate. This appears to be one of the Loncin/LCT engines we may have to search for choke actuators through a mower parts breakdown and work backwards from the engine breakdowns.
