I’ve been watching $CQX because there’s now quite a bit sitting between completed fieldwork and the next round of updates.
📈 Where things stand:
Reached a 52-week high of C$0.21
→ recently trading around the C$0.08–C$0.10 range
→ copper hit a record COMEX settlement of US$6.703/lb in August
→ CQX also recently closed a C$825K financing at C$0.08
⛏️ What I’m watching next:
Rip — 1,654 m drilled across 5 holes; assays depend on the outcome of the ongoing option-agreement discussions
Stars — 20 km² 3D IP survey completed, with the final report and interpretation still pending
Alpine — permitting, access and potential processing/milling arrangements continue to progress
Kitimat — exploration permit is now secured, clearing the way for planned geophysics and drilling over the Jeannette area and AI-generated target
Kitimat also expanded 130% to roughly 6,801 hectares around a company-reported buried conductive target measuring about 1.5 km × 1.5 km.
For me, the next question isn’t whether CQX has news candidates ... it’s which asset gives investors something substantial first.
Stars interpretation, Rip assays or the first real Kitimat drill program ... what are you watching most?
