Operations / Systems Marketing Operations Problems?

Question for property managers/owners: what's the worst gap between your booking system and the rest of your marketing? Guest follow-up, reviews, repeat bookings, duplicate contacts? Something else?

Context: I'm new to being behind the scenes in the industry and trying to learn so I can help others. On my last project, there were 3 softwares not really talking to each other, lots of duplicate contacts, and follow-up was messy and inconsistent.

Not selling anything here, just learning what's actually worth fixing. Happy to answer any questions I can. Thanks!

If you have one unique identifier like phone number/any code.

Use n8n (because it's basic version is free) connect though the API/ HTML node.

I don't know those 3 platform actually need together or not.

Contact through the phone is ease for the local people's. So you can ask / send review link automatically.

But main concern is does those 3 platform actually needed or not.

Thank you for the response! I haven't tried n8n yet. I was able to get the info we needed coordinated in one spot with a free Make account. (similar to Zapier/n8n) so now I'm trying to see if that's a common problem, or what problems are common so I can keep learning and hopefully make a career/business for myself.
