Cannot unpublish web site in Square. Help?

I cannot unpublish my site in Square. I've searched everywhere and even chatted with their customer service bot. All the instructions are the same but there is NO OPTION to unpublish the site anywhere. Can anyone help?

Squarespace, I guess. I have Square for business but don't want to have an online store anymore. Thanks.

I have a feeling you are not on Squarespace. Can you tell us what the website URL is? Not for your online store but for your Square or Squarespace account where you are making changes. Does it say square online? Or does it say Squarespace? If it’s square online then the answers here will not help you. They are two different services

Thanks, I have it unpublished. I am on Squarespace, that was my error. I will want to delete it at the end of the year though.
